मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सभी प्रदेशवासियों को नववर्ष 2025 की शुभकामनाएं दी है। नववर्ष की पूर्व संध्या पर जारी अपने संदेश में मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी प्रदेशवासियों के सुख, शांति व समृद्धि की कामना की है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड गठन के 25 वें वर्ष को हम देवभूमि रजत जयंती वर्ष के रूप में मना रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड द्वारा अब तक की विकास यात्रा में कई नए आयाम स्थापित किए हैं राज्य आंदोलन के मूल में उत्तराखण्ड के समग्र एवं संतुलित विकास की अवधारणा रही थी इस भावना को मूर्त रूप प्रदान करने के लिए पारदर्शिता जन सहभागिता एवं नई कार्य संस्कृति के साथ विकास की नई गाथा लिखने की उल्लेखनीय पहल की गई है। राज्य के समग्र विकास के प्रयासों के साथ प्रकृति और संस्कृति के संरक्षण व संवर्धन, त्वरित आर्थिक विकास के प्रेरक सेक्टरों की पहचान कर पर्यटन, खेती, बाग़वानी, पशुपालन जैसे सम्भावनाशील क्षेत्रों में अभिनव और दूरगामी प्रयासों से देश में अपनी अलग पहचान बनाने में राज्य को सफलता मिली है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य की विषम भौगोलिक स्थिति को बेहतर वित्तीय प्रबंधन व स्थान विशेष की विशिष्टता की पहचान के साथ विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ने का प्रयास किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जन आकांक्षाओं की पूर्ति तथा समाज के अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के प्रति हम प्रतिबद्धता से कार्य कर रहे हैं। जन अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप सुनियोजित एवं त्वरित विकास की दशा व दिशा तय करने में भी हम न सिर्फ कामयाब रहे हैं बल्कि कई क्षेत्रों में राज्य हित से जुड़े कार्यक्रमों को लागू करने में उम्मीद से बढ़कर सफलता भी मिली है। विकास की योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन तथा विकास के दृष्टिगत किए जा रहे प्रयासों एवं नवाचारों को नीति आयोग द्वारा सराहा गया है, इसका परिणाम रहा है कि राज्य को सतत विकास सूचकांक में देश में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है।
