मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तराखंड लोक (सरकारी) तथा निजी संपत्ति क्षति वसूली (अध्यादेश) कानून 2024 को राज्यपाल महोदय द्वारा मंजूरी प्रदान करने पर उन्हें हार्दिक आभार एवं धन्यवाद दिया !
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि इस कानून के तहत, दंगाइयों से सरकारी और निजी संपत्ति को हुए नुकसान की भरपाई की जा सकेगी। दंगा नियंत्रण में लगे सरकारी अमले और अन्य कार्य पर आने वाले खर्च की भरपाई भी की जाएगी।
देवभूमि उत्तराखंड में कानून व्यवस्था और स्वरूप बिगाड़ने की किसी को छूट नहीं है। इस कानून का राज्य में कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाएगा।
