देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग की निर्माणाधीन परियोजनाओं में तेजी लाने के साथ ही राज्य में हेली सेवाओं के संचालन में सुरक्षा मानकों को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मंगलवार को सचिवालय में आयोजित नागरिक उड्डयन विभाग की गेमचेंजर योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों तक आवाजाही को सुगम बनाने के लिए हवाई सेवाओं का नेटवर्क बढ़ाया जाना जरूरी है, इसी के साथ हवाई सेवाओं में सुरक्षा मानकों का भी सख्ती से पालन कराया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखंड में एयरो स्पोर्ट्स को भी बढ़ावा देने के प्रयास किए जाने के साथ ही चारधामों के लिए नियमित चार्टर सेवा शुरु करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में सचिव नागरिक उड्डयन श्री सचिन कुर्वे ने बताया कि पायलट प्रशिक्षण के लिए पंतनगर में नया फ्लाइंग ट्रेनिंग स्कूल स्थापित किया जा रहा है। नागरिक उड्डयन क्षेत्र में प्रशिक्षित पायलट की बढ़ती मांग को पूरा करने के लिए यह केन्द्र एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। हवाई यातायात को ज्यादा सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए इसरो के साथ मिलकर डिजिटल मैपिंग की क्षमता विकसित की जा रही है। यूकाडा के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड एयर कनेक्टिविटी स्कीम के तहत देहरादून- जोशीमठ, जोशीमठ- बद्रीनाथ के बीच शटल सेवा और पिथौरागढ़- धारचूला और पिथौरागढ़- मुनस्यारी के बीच हवाई सेवा शुरु करने की तैयारी की जा रही है। इसी तरह आदि कैलाश क्षेत्र में तीर्थाटन ओर पर्यटन गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए गुंजी से सीधी हेलीकॉप्टर सेवा शुरु करने की योजना है। केदारनाथ हेली सेवा को मजबूत बनाने के लिए, गरुड्चट्टी के पास अतिरिक्त हेलीपैड बनाया जा रहा है।

बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि पंतनगर और जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट के विस्तार से संबंधित कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट विस्तार कार्य 2027-28 तक पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। इसी तरह वर्ष 2026 तक जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट को इंटरनेशनल मानकों के अनुसार विकसित किया जा रहा है। गुंजी, मुनस्यारी, आदि कैलाश क्षेत्र की आवश्यकताओं एवं पर्यटन विकास की संभावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए पिथौरागढ़ हवाई पट्टी को रीजनल हब सेंटर के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। साथ ही भारतीय सेना के सहयोग से सीमांत क्षेत्रों में नए हेलीपैड भी बनाए जाने की योजना है।
