मुख्यमंत्री ने किया संभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय, हल्द्वानी का औचक निरीक्षण…

नैनीताल : मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को अपराह्न में संभागीय परिवहन कार्यालय, हल्द्वानी का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने कार्यालय के विभिन्न पटलों में जाकर विभिन्न जानकारी लेने के साथ ही सम्पूर्ण कार्यालय का निरीक्षण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कुमाऊं कमिश्नर को आरटीओ कार्यालय के संबंध में रिपोर्ट देने के भी निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को समय से कार्यालय आने, तय समय पर ही कार्यालय से जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा मानकों के अनुसार आमजन की सहूलियत को देखते हुए सरलीकरण समाधान और निस्तारण पर जनता से जुड़े कार्य प्राथमिकता से हो।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि परिवहन कार्यालय से संबंधित कार्यों में आम जन को बेवजह ना लटकाया जाए। सभी अधिकारी फाइलों पर नो पेंडेंसी पर कार्य करें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यालय में इधर-उधर पड़ी फाइलों पर नाराजगी जताते हुए फाइलों को व्यवस्थित तरीके से रखने एवं अधिक से अधिक फाइलों को डिजिटल मोड में रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा दफ्तरों में ई-फाइलिंग, एवं ई-रिकॉर्ड को भी बढ़ावा दिया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि भारत विकसित भारत, डिजिटल भारत की ओर आगे बढ़ रहा है। परिवहन विभाग भी डिजिटल प्रणाली के तहत कार्य कर कम से कम समय में जनता को सुविधाएं प्रदान करें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि परिवहन कार्यालय सीधे रूप से जनता से जुड़ा हुआ है। ऐसे में कार्यालय में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों की जिम्मेदारियां और बढ़ जाती हैं। उन्होंने सभी कर्मचारियों को पूर्ण पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करने के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा हमें हर स्वरूप में जनता की सेवा करनी है। इस दौरान उन्होंने विभिन्न पटलों में जाकर पटल सहायक से उनके द्वारा पंजीकरण, प्रवर्तन आदि से संबंधित कार्यों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने आयुक्त एवं जिलाधिकारी को समय समय पर कार्यालय का निरीक्षण करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधियों समेत अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
