देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल ने तहसील सदर का किया औचक निरीक्षण। जिलाधिकारी आज सुबह वर्षा के बीच प्रातः 9ः50 बजे तहसील सदर पंहुचे। जिलाधिकारी ने उपस्थिति पंजिका का निरीक्षण करते हुए देरी से आने वाले कार्मिकों जारी की चेतावनी, 10ः30 बजे बाद आने वाले कार्मिकों का 01 दिन के वेतन रोकने के दिए निर्देश। सुस्त कार्यप्रणाली पर डब्लू.बी.एन, ए.डब्लू.बी.एन के तबादले को किया आदेशित।
जिलाधिकारी ने कार्यालयों में जनमानस के लिए आदर्श माहौल स्थापित करने तथा जनमासन के साथ व्यवहार में सौम्यता रखने तथा आमजन की समस्याओं को संवेदनशीलता से निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने तहसील परिसर में सीढीयों पर गंदगी पाए जाने पर कड़ी नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए सफाई व्यवस्था हेतु लगाए गए ठकेदार पर अर्थदण्ड की कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए,जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशो के अनुपालन में नगर निगम द्वारा सम्बन्धित ठकेदार पर 01 लाख का अर्थदण्ड लगया।
साथ ही तहसील परिसर में लिफ्ट खराब होने पर नाराजगी जाहिर की। मौके पर मौजूद एमडीडीए के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि लिफ्ट पर मरम्मत कार्य किया जा रहा है, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने 01 माह के भीतर लिफ्ट ठीक कराने के निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने निरीक्षण के दौरान तहसील में वसूली की प्रकरणों की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी लेते हुए वसूली बढाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही निर्देशित किया कि 10 लाख से अधिक के बकायेदारों से 01 माह के भीतर वसूली की जाए। इस कार्य में लापरवाही बरतने पर निलंबन की कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी। उन्होंने लम्बित वाद की स्थिति जानी, म्यूटेशन आदेश के उपरान्त पोर्टल पर अद्यतन किये गए अभिलेखों का विवरण जाना। निर्देशित किया कि म्यूटेशन के आदेश उपरान्त तत्काल पोर्टल पर अद्यतन कर लिए जाएं।
