जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त विभागीय एवं सार्वजनिक परिसंपत्तियों की मरम्मत एवं पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों के लिए एस.डी.आर.एफ. की मद में विकास खंडों की कुल रू. 202.91 लाख की लागत की कार्ययोजनाओं को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।
इसके साथ ही इस मद में इस वित्तीय वर्ष में मरम्मत, पुनर्निर्माण तथा तात्कालिक पुनर्स्थापना के कार्यों के लिए विभिन्न विभागों को कुल रू. 851.23 लाख की धनराशि जारी की जा चुकी है। जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों को स्वीकृति कार्ययोजना के अनुरूप नियमानसार अधिप्राप्ति से संबंधित सभी प्रक्रिया तत्काल संपन्न कराते हुए सभी कार्यों को निर्धारित समयान्तर्गत पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने विकास खंड कार्यालयों के द्वारा प्राकृतिक आपदा के कारण क्षतिग्रस्त विभागीय एवं सार्वजनिक परिसंपत्तियों की मरम्मत एवं पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों के लिए प्रस्तुत सभी प्रस्तावों पर स्क्रीनिंग समिति के संस्तुति व तकनीकी जांचोंपरांत निस्तारण करते हुए सभी छः विकास खंडों की 174 कार्ययोजनाओं को स्वीकृति प्रदान की है।
इन कार्ययोजनाओं को शामिल करते हुए जिले में एस.डीआर.एफ. मद में इस साल मरम्मत एवं पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों से संबंधित सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, लोक निर्माण विभाग, वन विभाग, विकास खंड कार्यालय, पी.एम.जी.एस.वाई., ब्रिडकुल तथा वाप्कोस लिमिटेड आदि कार्यदायी संस्थाओं की कुल रू. 851.23 लाख लागत की 349 कार्ययोजनाएं स्वीकृत की जा चुकी हैं। क्षतिग्रस्त विभागीय एवं सार्वजनिक परिसंपत्तियों की मरम्मत एवं पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों के लिए तात्कालिक आवश्यकता को देखते हुए इस बार विभागों को अग्रिम रूप में भी धनराशि उपलब्ध कराई गई थी।
जिलाधिकारी द्वारा इस वित्तीय वर्ष में सड़कों पर आवागमन को सुरक्षित व सुचारू बनाए रखने तथा अन्य सुरक्षात्मक कार्यों से संबंधित 17 योजनाओं के लिए लोक निर्माण विभाग, पीएमजीएसवाई, ग्रामीण निर्माण विभाग, विकख खंड कार्यालयों एवं सिंचाई विभाग को नॉन-एसडीआरएफ मद से कुनलरू. 191.46 लाख की धनराशि स्वीकृत की गई थी।
इसके साथ ही आपदा न्यूनीकरण कार्यों हेतु भी इस वित्तीय वर्ष में लोक निर्माण विभाग, वन विभाग तथा विकास खंड मोरी की कुल 6 कार्ययोजनाओं हेतु रू. 64.50 लाख की धनराशि संबंधित विभागों को आवंटित की जा चुकी है। आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के मदों से इस बार यमुनोत्री धाम के भंडेलीगाड वैकल्पिक वन मार्ग की मरम्मत तथा गोमुख पैदल मार्ग के पुनर्निर्माण के साथ ही पिछले सालों में सड़कों को खोलने के लिए तैनात की गई जेसीबी मशीनों के किराए के लंबित भुगतान को निस्तारित करने जैसे महत्वूपर्ण कार्य भी संपादित कराए गए हैं।
