अपर सचिव सी. रविशंकर ने आज गंगोत्री मार्ग पर शीतकालीन यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेकर अधिकारियों को जरूरी हिदायतें दी। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि शीतकालीन यात्रा को प्रोत्साहित करना राज्य सरकार की विशेष प्राथमिकता है। गंगा जी के शीतकालीन प्रवास स्थल मुखवा के दर्शन हेतु आने वाले श्रद्धालुजनों को हर्षिल क्षेत्र के मनोरम नैसर्गिक सौंदर्य के साथ ही बर्फबारी और तप्तकुंड के गर्मपानी के अनूठे अहसास से रूबरू होने का सुअवसर भी मिलता है, जो शीतकालीन यात्रा का विशेष आकर्षण है। उन्होंने कहा कि शीतकालीन यात्रा के लिए सभी आवश्यक प्रबंध सुनिश्चित कर श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधाओं और सहूलियतों का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएगा।
शासन स्तर से जिले के विकासखंड भटवाड़ी एवं डुंडा के निरीक्षण एवं समन्वय के लिए नोडल अधिकारी रूप में नामित अपर सचिव श्री सी. रविशंकर जिले के दो दिन के भ्रमण पर आज उत्तरकाशी पहॅुंचे। अपने भ्रमण की शुरूआत में श्री रविशंकर ने बर्फबारी के बीच गंगोत्री मार्ग पर सुक्खी टॉप क्षेत्र तक का भ्रमण कर शीतकालीन यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने भटवाड़ी एवं गंगनानी तप्तकुंड सहित सुक्खी क्षेत्र में स्थानीय लोगों के साथ ही यात्रियों से भी भेंट कर उनसे शीतकालीन यात्रा के बारे में वार्ता की।
इस दौरान अपर सचिव श्री रविशंकर ने कहा कि हर्षिल क्षेत्र में काफी संख्या में पर्यटक आ रहे हैं। मॉं गंगा के शीतकालीन प्रवास स्थल मुखवा में काफी संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं का आवागमन हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा शीतकालीन यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्री इन दिनों बर्फबारी का आनंद उठा सकते हैं। रास्ते में गंगनानी स्थित तप्तकुंड के गर्मपानी में स्नान पर्यटकों के लिए एक अनूठा आकर्षण है, जहां पर पहाड़ी से निकलते कर पर्यटकों को अनूठा अनुभव हासिल होगा। सरकार की तरफ से अधिकाधिक लोगों से इस क्षेत्र की यात्रा पर आने की अपील करते हुए श्री रविशंकर ने शीतकालीन यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं को और अधिक बेहतर करने के लिए यात्रियों से अपने फीडबैक साझा करने का भी आग्रह किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यात्रा को सुगम, सुरक्षित व सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से संचालित करना सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता और प्राथमिकता है। इस दौरान भटवाड़ी में निवर्तमान प्रमुख विनीता रावत के नेतृत्व में भेंट करने वाले ग्रामीणों से हुई वार्ता में उन्होंने गंगोत्री मार्ग के चौड़ीकरण करने और इसे भूस्खलन प्रभावित क्षेत्रों की स्थिति सुधारे जाने के लिए तत्परता से प्रयास करने का भरोसा दिलाया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान उप जिलाधिकारी भटवाड़ी मुकेश चंद रमोला, परियोजना निदेशक डीआरडीए अजय सिंह, जिला पर्यटन विकास अधिकारी केके जोशी, खंड विकास अधिकारी भटवाड़ी अमित मंमगाईं, तहसीलदार भटवाड़ी सुरेश सेमवाल सहित विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारीगण भी उपस्थित रहे।
