नैनीताल। विधवा महिला से दुष्कर्म और उसकी बेटी के साथ छेड़छाड़ के मामले में लालकुआं कोतवाली में धारा 376 और पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत दर्ज मामले में मुकेश बोरा फरार चल रहा है, ऐसे में पुलिस ने अब उसकी घर की कुर्की की है।
पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी नितिन लोहनी ने बताया कि कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद धारा 83 के तहत आरोपी मुकेश बोरा के पैतृक के गांव नैनीताल के चूडिगाड़ घर के अलावा हल्द्वानी उसके किराए के आवास की कुर्की की गई है, जिसके तहत घर की घरेलू सामान की कुर्की गई है। पूरी कार्रवाई लालकुआं कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा की गई।
इधर एसएसपी नैनीताल प्रहलाद नारायण मीणा ने बताया कि मुकेश बोरा की तलाश के लिए पुलिस की कई टीमें लगी हुई है इसके अलावा पुलिस मुकेश बोरा के करवरियों से भी पूछताछ भी कर रही है।
वही एसएसपी नैनीताल प्रहलाद नारायण मीणा ने बताया कि मुकेश बोरा की गिरफ्तारी के लिए प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं. पुलिस की टीम दबिश दे रही है जल्द गिरफ्तार कर ले जाएगा।
एसएसपी ने बताया कि पुलिस द्वारा मुकेश बोरा के खिलाफ न्यायालय के आदेश पर धारा 82 के तहत घर के बाहर नोटिस चस्पा और उद्घोष की कार्रवाई की गई थी, इसके बाद न्यायालय के आदेश पर 83 के तहत कुर्की की कार्रवाई की गई है।
इसके अलावा मुकेश बोरा फिर भी पुलिस को आत्मा समर्पण नहीं करता है तो कोर्ट से आदेश लेकर मोस्ट वांटेड और इनाम घोषित किया जाएगा।
गौरतलब है की नैनीताल दूध उत्पादक सरकारी संघ के अध्यक्ष मुकेश बोरा पर एक महिला ने तीन सालों से शारीरिक शोषण करने और अपने बेटी के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने का आरोप लगाते हुए लालकुआं कोतवाली में मामला दर्ज कराया है।
मुकेश बोरा अपनी गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए फरार चल रहा है, अपनी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक संबंधी याचिका हाईकोर्ट में दाखिल किया था जहां हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है इसके बाद से मुकेश बड़ा फरार चल रहा है।
