राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के तहत उत्तराखण्ड में आयोजित “स्वस्थ नारी–सशक्त परिवार” महाअभियान ने कम समय में व्यापक उपलब्धियाँ दर्ज की हैं। प्रदेश में चल रहे स्वास्थ्य शिविरों और विशेष स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की श्रृंखला में अब तक लाखों लोगों ने लाभ उठाया है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के जन्मदिवस 17 सितम्बर 2025 से लगातार आयोजित किए जा रहे इन शिविरों के जरिए जनता को मुफ्त जांच, परामर्श और उपचार की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं। यह महाअभियान राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी जी की जयंती (02 अक्टूबर) तक जारी रहेगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत के नेतृत्व में यह अभियान केवल एक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि महिला स्वास्थ्य और सशक्तिकरण के लिए एक संगठित आंदोलन का रूप ले चुका है।
अभियान की प्रमुख उपलब्धियाँ (17–24 सितम्बर, 2025)
प्रदेशभर में अब तक कुल 10,672 स्वास्थ्य शिविर (स्क्रीनिंग और स्पेशियलिटी कैंप) लगाए गए हैं। इनमें से 290 स्पेशियलिटी कैंप रहे। इन शिविरों के जरिए 5,45,233 लोगों तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ पहुँची हैं, जिनमें पुरुषों की संख्या 2,15,096 और महिलाओं की संख्या 3,30,137 रही।
गैर-संचारी रोगों (NCD) की स्क्रीनिंग के अंतर्गत उच्च रक्तचाप (हाईपरटेंशन) की जांच 2,65,701 लोगों की की गई। इसी तरह डायबिटीज़ के लिए 2,49,500 और कैंसर (मुख, गर्भाशय व स्तन) की जांच 2,39,703 लोगों की की गई।
प्रजनन एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य (RCH) सेवाओं के अंतर्गत 54,461 गर्भवती महिलाओं की ANC जांच की गई। वहीं 93,601 लोगों की एनीमिया जांच की गई। बच्चों के लिए टीकाकरण अभियान भी सफल रहा और अब तक 83,427 बच्चों को टीके लगाए जा चुके हैं।
क्षय रोग (टीबी) की रोकथाम के लिए Ni-Kshay पोर्टल पर अब तक 80,016 लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग की गई है, जबकि 4,324 निक्षय मित्र पंजीकृत किए गए हैं। सिकल सेल रोग की जांच के अंतर्गत 61 लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग हुई और 23 सिकल सेल कार्ड वितरित किए गए। परामर्श सेवाओं के अंतर्गत अब तक 2,90,383 लोगों को विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के लिए परामर्शित किया गया है।
अन्य सेवाओं के अंतर्गत आयुष्मान/PM-JAY कार्ड जारी करने की संख्या 8,408 रही। वहीं, 47,500 रक्तदाताओं का पंजीकरण हुआ और 6,498 यूनिट रक्त संग्रहित किया गया। केंद्रीय सरकारी संस्थानों, मेडिकल कॉलेजों और निजी संगठनों की सहभागिता भी महत्वपूर्ण रही है। इनके सहयोग से आयोजित 10 स्वास्थ्य शिविरों में 2,748 लोग लाभान्वित हुए हैं।
