सीएम धामी ने शनिवार रात्रि आपदा परिचालन केंद्र देहरादून में थराली (चमोली) आपदा राहत कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए जिलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए हैं कि क्षतिग्रस्त मकानों हेतु ₹ 5 लाख की सहायता राशि तत्काल प्रभावितों को जारी की जाए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने मृतकों के परिजनों को भी ₹5 लाख की सहायता राशि तत्काल प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि स्याना चट्टी से पानी की निकासी की व्यवस्था जल्द से जल्द की जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट किया कि थराली में जो लोग बेघर हुए हैं तात्कालिक रूप से उनके लिए बेहतरीन व्यवस्था की जाए तथा इसके साथ ही पुनर्वास का काम भी तेजी से आरंभ किया जाए । प्रभावितों को राहत सामग्री तत्परता से मिल जाए और सभी आवश्यक सामान एक साथ दिया जाए।

इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने जिलाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं थराली आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्र में बिजली, पानी, सड़क नेटवर्क सहित सभी मूलभूत जरूरत को जल्द से जल्द बाहर किया जाए द्य प्रभावितों को बांटी जाने वाली राशन सहित सभी प्रकार की राहत सामग्री की गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।

थराली आपदा के दौरान जिलाधिकारी चमोली की तत्काल मौके पर पहुंचने, प्रभावितों को तत्परता से राहत पहुंचाने एवं बेहतरीन प्रबंधन हेतु सराहना करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि अन्य आपदा ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में भी इसी प्रकार प्रभावी समन्वय के साथ तत्परता से राहत एवं बचाव कार्य सुनिश्चित किए जाने चाहिए।

मुख्यमंत्री ने थराली आपदा में प्रभावी राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों के लिए एसडीआरएफ तथा एनडीआरएफ की भी प्रशंसा की द्य इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य में अगले दो दिन ऑरेंज अलर्ट के दृष्टिगत सभी जिलाधिकारियों को तैयारी पूरी रखने व आपदा प्रबंधन सामग्री उपकरण आदि संवेदनशील स्थानों पर रखने के निर्देश दिए है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने हाल ही में धराली,सैजी (पौड़ी) एवं धराली मैं आई आपदाओं की पैटर्न के अध्ययन के लिए विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित एजेंसियों के विशेषज्ञों एवं वैज्ञानिकों की एक कमेटी गठित कर रिपोर्ट तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

बैठक में मुख्य सचिव आनंद वर्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, शैलेश बगौली सहित सभी संबंधित अधिकारी तथा वर्चुअल माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी चमोली तथा उत्तरकाशी सहित सभी डीएम मौजूद थे।
