मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्धन की अध्यक्षता में राज्य कार्यकारी समिति (SEC) की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जनपद नैनीताल के रामनगर में स्थित गर्जिया देवी मंदिर के मुख्य टीले के सुरक्षात्मक कार्याे तथा गोला नदी से सटे आपदा प्रबंधन से संबंधित बाढ़ सुरक्षात्मक व सड़क सुधार कार्यों के दो प्रकरणों पर चर्चा की गई।
मुख्य सचिव ने नैनीताल के रामनगर में स्थित गार्जिया देवी मंदिर के कार्यों की प्रगति प्राप्त करते हुए अवशेष सुरक्षात्मक कार्यों को तत्काल पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने जनपद नैनीताल के लालकुआं के बनभूलपूरा रेलवे क्रॉसिंग से गोला पुल तक गोला नदी के अत्यधिक पानी के बहाव के चलते क्षतिग्रस्त मार्ग तथा विभागों से जुड़ी हुई सभी परिसंपत्तियों की आईआईटी रुड़की से हाइड्रोलॉजिकल स्टडी कराते हुए सुरक्षात्मक कार्यों को तत्काल पूरा करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
इस अवसर पर प्रमुख सचिव आरके सुधांशु, सचिव सचिन कुर्वे, श्रीधर बाबू अदांकी, विनोद कुमार सुमन सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
