सीएम धामी ने नैनीताल में विकास कार्यों का किया निरीक्षण, डीएसए मैदान में कई अहम घोषणाएं की

नैनीताल: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी अपने दो दिवसीय दौरे पर शुक्रवार को नैनीताल पहुँचे। प्रवास के पहले दिन उन्होंने मल्लीताल में मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला योजना के तहत 1101 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से चल रहे सौंदर्यीकरण एवं पुनर्विकास कार्यों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। इस योजना के अंतर्गत 12 नई दुकानों का विकास किया जा रहा है, जिनका उद्घाटन भी किया गया।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने घोषणा की –

• धुनीघाट एवं रातीघाट पैदल मार्ग के सुधार का कार्य किया जाएगा।

• शहीद संजय बिष्ट मोटर मार्ग (कैंची–हरतपा–हैलीमोटर मार्ग से तितोली तक) का उच्चीकरण एवं सुधार होगा।

• राज्य मार्ग संख्या-71 (रामनगर–भंडारपानी–अमगड़ी–भौराकोट–बेतालघाट–भुजान रिची–बिल्लेख) के खंडों का सुदृढ़ीकरण किया जाएगा।

• डीएसए मैदान को राष्ट्रीय स्तर की खेल प्रतियोगिताओं और प्रशिक्षण के लिए मॉडल स्पोर्ट्स सेंटर के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा।

• नैनीताल में वैकल्पिक पार्किंग का निर्माण किया जाएगा।

• फ्लैट्स मैदान में हॉकी टर्फ और बॉक्सिंग रिंग बनाई जाएंगी।

• फ्लैट्स मैदान का उपयोग केवल खेल और सांस्कृतिक आयोजनों के लिए किया जाएगा, अन्य व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों पर रोक रहेगी।

• नैनीताल बस अड्डा परिसर का पुनर्विकास लाइटवेट स्ट्रक्चर के माध्यम से किया जाएगा ताकि सार्वजनिक परिवहन सुविधा बढ़े और ट्रैफिक जाम कम हो।

• मुख्य स्थलों का रोड सेफ्टी सर्वेक्षण कर वॉटर लेक्स कम किए जाएंगे।

• स्थानीय वेंडरों के लिए वेंडिंग ज़ोन का निर्माण किया जाएगा।

• नैनी झील की डिसिल्टिंग की जाएगी और रेलिंग बदली जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने डीएसए मैदान में बास्केटबॉल कोर्ट का शुभारंभ किया, खिलाड़ियों को खेल किट वितरित की तथा जिले के पदक विजेता खिलाड़ियों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें सम्मानित किया।

इस दौरान आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री ने 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेल 2025 उत्तराखंड में जनपद नैनीताल के पदक विजेता और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के पदक विजेता खिलाड़ियों—लतिका भंडारी, भूमिका जंतवाल, नितेश बिष्ट, निर्मल बिष्ट, अंश बिष्ट, कनिष्क जोशी, सूर्या पटेल, भाग्रवी रावत, श्रद्धा जोशी, कोमल, न्वया पांडे, वैभव सिंह पडियार, एसडीएम नवाजिश खलीक सहित अन्य खिलाड़ियों को सम्मानित किया। इसके अतिरिक्त, स्व. श्री एन.के. आर्य स्मृति क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट के प्रतिभागियों को पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में बताया कि नैनीताल में सीवर लाइन और एसटीपी का कार्य प्रगति पर है। पर्यटकों की बढ़ती संख्या को देखते हुए पार्किंग की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए ऑटोमेटिक पार्किंग की मंजूरी दी गई है। जल्द ही अशोक पार्किंग का विस्तार और मेट्रो पार्किंग का निर्माण भी शुरू होगा, जिसके लिए केंद्र सरकार से अनुमति मिल चुकी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि मानसखण्ड कॉरिडोर के अंतर्गत मां नैना देवी मंदिर का सौंदर्यीकरण चल रहा है। डीएसए मैदान का सुधारीकरण और वलिया नाला व ठंडी सड़क पर भूस्खलन सुरक्षा के कार्य भी तेजी से हो रहे हैं। बच्चों की मांग पर यहां वॉलीबॉल ट्रैक का लोकार्पण किया गया है। मां नैना देवी मंदिर के सौंदर्यीकरण हेतु 12 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि दी जा रही है, और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर इस कार्य को आगे भी बढ़ाया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि इन विकास कार्यों से स्थानीय जनता और पर्यटकों को बेहतर सुविधाएं और सुगम आवागमन मिलेगा, जिससे नैनीताल का विकास और गति पकड़ेगा ।
