रुद्रप्रयाग: केदारनाथ धाम की पवित्र यात्रा 2 मई से प्रारंभ होने जा रही है। यात्रा को सुचारु एवं सुरक्षित रूप से संपन्न कराने हेतु जिला प्रशासन द्वारा व्यापक तैयारियां की जा रही हैं। इसी क्रम में जिलाधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार ने आज जिला सभागार कक्ष में विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की और यात्रा तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
प्रशासनिक तैयारियों की समीक्षा
बैठक में जिलाधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार ने कहा कि पैदल यात्रा मार्ग पर रात्रि के समय समुचित रोशनी की व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। साथ ही, ठंड से बचाव के लिए स्थान-स्थान पर अलाव एवं गर्म पानी की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया। उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिए कि यात्रा के सभी पड़ावों पर साफ-सफाई की विशेष व्यवस्था की जाए।
यात्रा मार्ग पर GPS और टूरिज्म मित्रों की तैनाती
जिलाधिकारी ने आरटीओ विभाग को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेटों के वाहनों में जल्द से जल्द जीपीएस लगाए जाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। इसके अतिरिक्त, यात्रा मार्ग पर विभिन्न स्थलों पर “पर्यटन मित्रों” की तैनाती की जाए जो न केवल श्रद्धालुओं की सहायता करें, बल्कि सफाई व्यवस्था में भी सहयोग करें।
घोड़े-खच्चरों की निगरानी के लिए हॉकर्स की तैनाती अनिवार्य
जिलाधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार ने पशुपालन विभाग को निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक घोड़े-खच्चर के साथ अनिवार्य रूप से ‘हॉकर्स’ (देखरेख करने वाले कर्मचारी) की तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाए, ताकि पशुओं की स्वास्थ्य और सुरक्षा पर लगातार निगरानी रखी जा सके।
भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए डाइवर्जन प्लान और टोकन सिस्टम
बैठक में एसपी अक्षय प्रह्लाद कोंडे ने जानकारी दी कि संगम ब्रिज के समीप टोकन काउंटर लगाए जा रहे हैं, ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को दर्शन में सुगमता हो। उन्होंने बताया कि पूर्व वर्षों में श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ के कारण मंदिर में दर्शन के लिए 3 से 4 घंटे तक लग जाते थे, लेकिन इस बार दर्शन हेतु अधिकतम 1 घंटे की समयावधि सुनिश्चित की गई है। भीड़ नियंत्रण के लिए एक सुस्पष्ट डाइवर्जन प्लान भी तैयार किया गया है।
स्वच्छता व्यवस्था के लिए व्यापक इंतजाम
स्वच्छता व्यवस्था को और अधिक मजबूत करने के लिए पैदल यात्रा मार्ग पर हर 50 मीटर की दूरी पर एक पर्यावरण मित्र की तैनाती की जा रही है। यानी औसतन हर किलोमीटर पर 20 पर्यावरण मित्र सेवा में लगाए जाएंगे। स्वच्छता व्यवस्था में सक्रिय ‘रिसाइकल संस्था’ के साथ मिलकर इस वर्ष भी कूड़े के निस्तारण की प्रभावी योजना तैयार की गई है। इसके लिए एक विशेष कॉम्पैक्टर भी जल्द ही केदारपुरी पहुंचने वाला है।
ग्राम सभाओं को भी किया जा रहा है शामिल
डीपीआरओ प्रेम सिंह रावत ने बताया कि यात्रा मार्ग पर स्थित ग्राम सभाओं को स्वच्छता अभियान से जोड़ने के लिए उन्हें विशेष बजट आवंटित किया गया है, जिससे सड़क किनारे की झाड़ियां, प्लास्टिक कचरा और अन्य अपशिष्टों की सफाई की जा सकेगी।
सुलभ इंटरनेशनल ने बढ़ाई कर्मचारी संख्या
जिला प्रशासन के निर्देश पर सुलभ इंटरनेशनल ने केदारनाथ पैदल मार्ग और मंदिर परिसर में स्वच्छता व्यवस्था को और बेहतर करने के लिए अपने कर्मचारियों की संख्या बढ़ा दी है। सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक धनंजय पाठक ने बताया कि इस वर्ष लगभग 550 पर्यावरण मित्र स्वच्छता कार्यों में जुटे रहेंगे, जो कि पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 50 अधिक हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, धाम में 50 नए शौचालय भी लगभग तैयार हो चुके हैं, जिनका उपयोग मई महीने के अंत तक प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा।
