राज्य सरकार ने कर्मचारियों की बहुप्रतीक्षित मांग को पूरा करते हुए उनके सेवा काल में एक बार पदोन्नति के मानकों में छूट देने का फैसला किया है। यह निर्णय उन कर्मचारियों के लिए राहत भरा साबित होगा, जो पदोन्नति के लिए निर्धारित अहर्ता का 50 प्रतिशत पूरा करते हैं, लेकिन विभाग में ऊपर का पद खाली होने के कारण अब तक प्रमोशन नहीं पा सके थे।

राज्य कर्मचारी संयुक्त परिषद समेत कई कर्मचारी संगठन लंबे समय से पदोन्नति में शिथिलीकरण की नियमावली लागू करने की मांग कर रहे थे। पहले सरकार ने इसे सीमित समय के लिए लागू किया था, लेकिन अब इसे स्थायी रूप से लागू करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इस फैसले के बाद अब कर्मचारियों को पूरे सेवाकाल में एक बार पदोन्नति के मानकों में छूट मिलेगी, जिससे हजारों कर्मचारियों को लाभ होने की संभावना है।

प्रमोशन के लिए प्रोबेशन की अवधि पूरी करनी होगी
सरकार के नए फैसले के तहत यदि किसी पद पर पदोन्नति के लिए 10 साल की सेवा अनिवार्य थी, लेकिन वह पद रिक्त पड़ा है, तो उससे निचले पद पर कार्यरत कर्मचारी केवल 5 साल की सेवा के बाद ही पदोन्नति के लिए पात्र हो जाएगा। हालांकि, यह छूट केवल उन कर्मचारियों को मिलेगी, जो प्रोबेशन अवधि पूरी कर चुके हैं।

इस फैसले से कर्मचारियों में उत्साह देखा जा रहा है राज्य कर्मचारी संयुक्त परिषद के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अरुण पांडेय ने कहा कि अधिवेशन में इस मुद्दे को प्रमुखता से उठाया गया था और सरकार से नियमावली को पुनः लागू करने की मांग की गई थी। सरकार के सकारात्मक निर्णय से हजारों कर्मचारियों को करियर में आगे बढ़ने का मौका मिलेगा।
