देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों के आयोजन के शुभंकर, लोगो, जर्सी, टेगलाईन एवं मशाल रैली (तेजस्विनी), का स्वागत सचिवालय से किया। मशाल रैली (तेजस्विनी) सचिवालय से घंटाघर तक निकाली गई। इस अवसर पर स्कूली बच्चों, एनसीसी कैडट सहित जनमानस ने प्रतिभाग किया।

जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि यह हमारे लिए हर्ष का बात है कि मा0 प्रधानमंत्री 28 जनवरी को हमारे राज्य से 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेल का शुभारम्भ कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि खेल एक गतिविधि ही नही बल्कि खेल का अपना एक महत्व है जो हमारी जीवनशैली की गुणवत्ता को बढाता है।

खेल हमें सामाजिक, मानसिक एवं भावनात्मक रूप से मजबूती देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चे, युवा सहित सभी उम्र के लोगों को खेल को अपनी नियमित जीवनशैली में शामिल करना बहुत जरूरी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेल के आयोजन से जहां राज्य में आधारभूत सरंचना विकसित हुई वहीं राज्य में राष्ट्रीय खेल आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं, हम भाग्यशाली है कि हमे राष्ट्रीय खेलों की मेजबानी करने का मौका मिला है। इसके लिए उन्होंने आयोजकों को शुभकांमनाए दी।
