इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में साइबर सुरक्षा और डेटा सुरक्षा की चुनौतियां तथा डिजिटल युग में सार्वजनिक सेवाओं को अधिक दक्ष, तीव्र और समावेशी बनाने के लिए नई तकनीकी को आत्मसात करते हुए आईटीडीए और NIC द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विभिन्न ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म विकसित किए हैं। जिससे आम जनमानस को *ऑल इन वन* की तर्ज पर एक ही प्लेटफार्म पर आसानी से विविध प्रकार की सेवाएं मिल सकेगी। विभागों के कार्यों की प्रगति ऑनलाइन देखी जा सकेगी; जिससे पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही में वृद्धि होगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि S3WaaS (Secure, Scalable and Sugamya website as a Service) फ्रेमवर्क में बनी समस्त विभागों की वेबसाइट साइबर सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से एक मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह महत्वपूर्ण बात है कि राज्य में ITDA को UIDAI द्वारा AUA (ऑथेंटिकेशन यूजर एजेंसी) -KUA(की यूजर एजेंसी) बनाया गया है। इसके उपरांत आधार ऑथेंटिकेशन एवं E- KYC से संबंधित सेवाएं राज्य के विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा विकसित किए गए पोर्टलों जैसे कि UCC, वर्चुअल रजिस्ट्री आदि के माध्यम से प्रदान की जा सकेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य डाटा सेंटर ने भी साइबर अटैक के उपरांत अपने आप को इंप्रूव किया है। नियर डिजास्टर रिकवरी को सचिवालय में स्थापित किया गया है। यह बड़ी बात है कि उक्त नियर डिजास्टर रिकवरी में राज्य की विभिन्न संवेदनशील एप्लीकेशन व वेबसाइट को किसी भी आपात स्थिति होने की दशा में 15 मिनट के अंतराल में सुचारू किया जा सकता है। कहा कि सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से राज्य डाटा सेंटर के अधीन सिक्योरिटी ऑपरेशन सेंटर 24 *7 कार्यरत है। यह कदम उत्तराखंड राज्य के अंतर्गत डिजिटल सिस्टम को और भी सशक्त और बेहतर किया जाने का सराहनीय प्रयास है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने डिजिटल डिजिटलीकरण के बेहतर इंप्लीमेंटेशन के लिए सभी विभागों को बेहतर सेटअप बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने सभी विभागों को निर्देशित किया कि अपनी विभागीय सूचनाओं को अपडेट रखें।
उन्होंने आईटीडीए को निर्देशित किया कि विकसित किए गए नए प्लेटफार्म पर सुगमता और तेजी से कार्य करने के लिए सभी विभागों का मार्गदर्शन करें।

मुख्यमंत्री ने NIC और आईटीडीए द्वारा विकसित किए गए प्रयासों की सराहना की तथा भविष्य में भी आईटीडीए और एन आई सी को आपसी समन्वय से उत्तराखंड में आईटी के क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य करने को प्रेरित किया।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी, अपर मुख्य सचिव आनंद वर्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु व एल फैनई, सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, नितेश झा, पंकज पांडेय, दीपेंद्र चौधरी, डॉ आर राजेश कुमार, निदेशक ITDA नीतिका खंडेलवाल सहित संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
