1971 भारत- पाकिस्तान युद्ध, विजय दिवस समारोह में सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने दी शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विजय दिवस के अवसर पर गांधी पार्क स्थित शहीद स्मारक पर पुष्प चक्र अर्पित कर शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिस बांग्लादेश को पाकिस्तान से आजादी दिलाने के लिए 1971 के युद्ध में भारत के लगभग 39 सौ जवान शहीद हुए, वही बांग्लादेश अब सांप्रदायिक ताकतों के बहकावे में आकर हमारे देश के खिलाफ अपशब्द बोल रहा है। बांग्लादेश में हिंदू समुदाय पर हो रहे अत्याचार और हिंसा ने मानवता के मूल्यों पर गहरा आघात किया है।

सोमवार को गांधी पार्क में आयोजित विजय दिवस समारोह में अपने संबोधन की शुरुआत मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने 1971 के य़ुद्ध में शहीद हुए सैनिकों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने के साथ की। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि भारतीय सैनिकों ने 1971 के युद्ध में न केवल राष्ट्र की अखंडता और स्वाभिमान की रक्षा की बल्कि अपने अद्वितीय रण कौशल द्वारा दुश्मन को चारों खाने चित्त भी कर दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 1971 में पाकिस्तान के साथ लड़ा गया यह युद्ध स्वतंत्र भारत के इतिहास का एक ऐसा स्वर्णिम अध्याय है, जो प्रत्येक भारतीय के लिए गौरव और प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। 1971 के युद्ध में हमारी सेना ने विश्व को दिखा दिया कि भारत न केवल अपनी संप्रभुता की रक्षा करने में सक्षम है, बल्कि जरूरत पड़ने पर मानवता और न्याय की रक्षा के लिए भी खड़ा हो सकता है। इस युद्ध में हमारी तीनों सेनाओं ने मात्र 13 दिनों में पाकिस्तान को घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर कर दिया था।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि इस युद्ध में पाकिस्तान के लगभग एक लाख सैनिकों ने 16 दिसंबर 1971 को हमारी सेना के समक्ष आत्मसमर्पण किया, जो दुनिया के सैन्य इतिहास में एक अद्वितीय घटना के रूप में दर्ज है। उस युद्ध में लगभग 39 सौ भारतीय सैनिक वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें वीर भूमि उत्तराखंड के 255 बहादुर सपूत भी शामिल थे। तब हमारे प्रदेश के 74 सैनिकों को अपने अदम्य साहस और शौर्य के लिए विभिन्न वीरता पदकों से सम्मानित भी किया गया था।
गोली का जवाब गोलों से दे रही है सेना

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि 2014 से पूर्व सेना के शौर्य को भी राजनीतिक चश्मे से आंकने का प्रयास किया जाता था। तब दुश्मन के हमला का जवाब देने के लिए भी सेना को आदेश लेना पड़ता था, लेकिन 2014 में नरेंद्र मोदी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद देश की सेनाओं को युदध् के समय गोली चलाने के लिए आदेश की आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ती है, सेना अब बढ़े हुए मनोबल से गोलियों का जवाब गोलों से दे रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सेना तो पहले भी शक्तिशाली और पराक्रमी थी, लेकिन तब नेतृत्व के कारण सेना को साजो सामान के मामले में न्याय नहीं मिल पाता था। लेकिन अब प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भाजपा सरकार सेना के पराक्रम और बलिदान को सर्वोच्च सम्मान देती है। आज भारतीय सेना को प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में कार्य किया जा रहा है। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप आज भारत न केवल अपनी रक्षा जरूरतों में आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, बल्कि विभिन्न देशों को रक्षा सामग्री निर्यात करने में भी नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है।

प्रदेश सरकार सैनिक कल्याण के लिए समर्पित

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार भी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में सैनिकों और उनके परिवारों के कल्याण के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध है। राज्य सरकार ने जहां एक ओर सैनिकों या उनके आश्रितों को मिलने वाली अनुदान राशि को बढ़ाने का काम किया है वहीं शहीद सैनिकों के आश्रितों को राज्य सरकार के अधीन आने वाली नौकरियों में वरीयता के आधार पर नियुक्ति देने का भी निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही, वीरता पदक से सम्मानित सैनिकों को मिलने वाली एकमुश्त अनुदान राशि में भी बढ़ोतरी की है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि अनुदान राशि को लेकर परिवार में कोई मतभेद ना हो, इसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने शहीदों के माता-पिता और पत्नी दोनों को समान रूप से अनुदान राशि में अधिकार देने का काम किया है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि वो खुद एक सैनिक पुत्र हैं, इसलिए आज प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में रक्षा क्षेत्र में आ रहे सकारात्मक बदलाव को देखकर उन्हें भी अत्यंत हर्ष का अनुभव होता है।

“धूल से फूल“ बनाना और “धूल में मिलाना“ भी जानते हैं

मुख्यमंत्री ने बांग्लादेश के मौजूदा हालातों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि हमें बांग्लादेश में रहने वाले हिंदुओं की चिंता है। उन्होंने कहा कि छोटी – छोटी घटना पर कैंडिल मार्च के साथ ही संसद बाधित करने वाले अब पूरी तरह गायब हैं। ये कौन लोग हैं जिन्हें केवल वोट के लिए बांग्लादेश का नरसंहार तक नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है। दूसरी तरफ केंद्र सरकार ने अपनी चिंताओं से बांग्लादेश की अंतरिम सरकार को अवगत करा दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि भारत हमेशा से शांति और सहिष्णुता का पक्षधर रहा है, लेकिन हमारी सद्भावना को हमारी कमजोरी समझने की भूल नहीं की जानी चाहिए। हम अगर “धूल से फूल“ बनाना जानते हैं तो हम “धूल में मिलाना“ भी जानते हैं।

पीएम करते हैं उत्तराखंड की चिंता

मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हर विशिष्ट अवसर पर उत्तराखंड की चिंता करते हैं। उन्होंने केदारनाथ की धरती से कहा था कि 21वीं सदी का तीसरा दशक उत्तराखंड का होने जा रहा है, अब राज्य सरकार इसी संकल्प को पूरा करने की दिशा में बढ़ रही है। राज्य विकास के नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है। नीति आयोग के इंडेक्स में देश के अंदर उत्तराखंड को पहला स्थान मिला है, राज्य में अब बेरोजगारी भी घटी है। प्रदेश सरकार प्रति व्यक्ति आय भी दोगुना करने का लक्ष्य लेकर चल रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में होने जा रहे राष्ट्रीय खेलों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रीय खेल उत्तराखंड को देवभूमि, वीरभूमि के साथ ही खेल भूमि के रूप में भी स्थापित करने का काम करेंगे।

वीरांगनाओं और वीर माताओं को निःशुल्क बस यात्रा

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य के शहीद सैनिकों की वीरांगनाओं और वीर माताओं को भी परिवहन निगम की बसों में निःशुल्क यात्रा की घोषणा की है। समारोह के अंत में मुख्यमंत्री ने 1971 युद्ध के वीर सैनिकों और वीर नारियों का भी सम्मान किया।

सैनिक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश विश्व की प्रमुख सैनिक शक्ति बन गया है। आज 70 से अधिक देशों को रक्षा निर्यात हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में शहीदों के याद में सैन्य धाम बनकर तैयार हो गया है, जल्द ही सैन्य धाम का लोकार्पण होने जा रहा है।

इस मौके पर शहरी विकास मंत्री श्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के जरिए साबित किया है कि दुनिया में यदि कोई भी ताकत भारत को आंख दिखाने का काम करेगी तो भारत उसे सबक सिखाना भी जानता है।

इस मौके पर विधायक श्री खजान दास, दर्जाधारी श्री विश्वास डाबर, भाजपा के महानगर अध्यक्ष श्री सिद्धार्थ अग्रवाल, सचिव श्री दीपेंद्र चौधरी, जिलाधिकारी देहरादून श्री सविन बंसल, एसएसपी श्री अजय सिंह, निदेशक सैनिक ब्रिगेडियर कल्याण अमृत लाल (से.नि), मेजर जनरल सम्मी सबरवाल (से.नि), ब्रिगेडियर के.जी बहल(से.नि) एवं पूर्व सैन्य अधिकारी और वीरांगनाएं उपस्थित थे।
