रुद्रप्रयाग : मुुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को विकास खंड अगस्त्यमुनि के स्यालसौड़ में आयोजित कृषि, औद्योगिक एवं पर्यटन विकास मेले में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने 47.43 करोड़ की 18 महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं ₹1.23 करोड़ की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि चोपता के चांदधार एवं गैंठाणा बांगर में मिनी स्टेडियम का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा। स्वांरीग्वांस से कार्तिक स्वामी तक 8 किमी मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण किया जाएगा।

अंधेरगढ़ी-तलसारी मोटर मार्ग के जैचोंरा से ऐटा पवननगर, थापली व कमसाल मोटर मार्ग के द्वितीय चरण के कार्यों को स्वीकृति प्रदान की जाएगी। कार्तिक स्वामी के कनकचौरी में कार पार्किंग का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा। एवं चिनग्वाड़ मोटर मार्ग से पाबौ धनपुर मोटर मार्ग तक मिसिंग लिंक का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उपस्थित जनसमुदाय का अभिनंदन करते हुए कहा कि विधान सभा केदारनाथ की जनता ने जिस तरह अपार समर्थन देकर आशा नौटियाल को विधानसभा में बतौर सदस्य निर्वाचित करने का कार्य किया है उसी तरह राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी इस क्षेत्र के विकास के कार्यों को गति देने का कार्य किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा उनकी सरकार चारधाम यात्रा को अनवरत चलाने का प्रयास कर रही है। चारधाम यात्रा को शीतकाल में भी चलाने हेतु आज ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर में इसकी अधिकारिक रूप से घोषणा की। इससे जहां एक ओर देश-विदेश से पहुंचने वाले पर्यटक यहां की अलौकिक प्रकृति का अनुभव प्राप्त कर सकेंगे वहीं दूसरी ओर यहां के व्यवसायियों के वर्षभर रोजगार की संभावना को भी बल मिलेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए केंद्र व राज्य सरकार निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं। एक ओर प्रदेश के 8 लाख कृषक किसान सम्मान निधि से लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं वहीं दूसरी ओर किसानों को बिना ब्याज के 3 लाख रुपए तक का ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।

उद्यानीकरण को विकसित करने हेतु 200 करोड़ का विशेष प्राविधान इस बार के बजट में किया गया है। सरकार प्रदेश में उद्योग व पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री जी के निर्देशन में राज्य में बड़े निवेशकों के साथ युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए अनुबंध किए गए हैं। जिसका आने वाले समय में स्थानीय युवाओं को लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने पारंपरिक परंपरा, विरासत व विकास के लिए मेलों के आयोजन को महत्वपूर्ण बताया।

रुद्रप्रयाग विधायक श्री भरत सिंह चौधरी ने कहा कि जिस तरह देश को प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में नरेंद्र मोदी जैसा युगपुरुष मिला है। उसी तरह हमारे प्रदेश को धामी के रूप में धाकड़ व धार्मिक मुख्यमंत्री मिलना सौभाग्य की बात है।

उन्होंने कहा कि अपने राजनीतिक जीवन के लगभग 40 वर्षों में उन्होंने धामी जैसा राजनेता नहीं देखा जिनके पास विकास की स्पष्ट नीति है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी जी के रूप में प्रदेश नित्य विकास के नए आयाम छू रहा है। साथ ही प्रदेश निरंतर ऐतिहासिक प्रगति की ओर अग्रसर है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री धामी जी हाथों में प्रदेश के भविष्य को सुरक्षित बताया।

विधायक श्रीमती आशा नौटियाल ने केदारनाथ विधानसभा की समस्त जनता को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहा कि वह केदारनाथ जनता की सदैव ऋणी रहेंगी। उन्होंने पूर्व विधायक शैला रानी को याद करते हुए कहा कि उनका असमय चले जाने से केदारनाथ विधान सभा नेतृत्व विहीन हो गया था। लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री धामी जी की दूरगामी सोच का परिणाम है कि मुख्यमंत्री ने केदारनाथ को नया विधायक निर्वाचित होने तक स्वयं इस क्षेत्र के विकास का जिम्मा उठाया।

उन्होंने कहा देश के प्रधानमंत्री और प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री जी की केदार बाबा पर विशेष आस्था है। उसी का परिणाम है कि केदारपुरी ने आज दिव्य व भव्य रूप में विशिष्ट पहचान बनाई है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री का जनपद आगमन पर धन्यवाद स्वरूप अभिनंदन पत्र पढ़ा। साथ ही उपस्थित ग्रामीणों को आश्वस्त किया कि विधानसभा केदारनाथ हेतु पूर्व में हुई सभी घोषणाओं को घरातल पर उतारा जाएगा। इससे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मेले में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाई गई कैनोपी का निरीक्षण किया।
