विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने के नाम से 24 लाख रूपये की ठगी, गिरफ्तार…

देहरादून : विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने के नाम पर युवक से 24 लाख रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने के आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपी के खिलाफ पूर्व में भी धोखाधड़ी के चार मुकदमे दर्ज हैं। पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया कि बसंत विहार थाने में गुरदीप सिंह निवासी शेरगढ़ डोईवाला ने 15 नवंबर को तहरीर दी थी कि रेनी इमिग्रेशन कंपनी बसंत विहार के मालिक आनंद गुप्ता निवासी पितांबरपुर बड़ोवाला अपनी पत्नी तानिया गुप्ता के साथ लोगों को विदेश में नौकरी दिलाने का काम करते हैं। आरोपियों ने गुरदीप को ब्रिटेन में नौकरी दिलाने का झांसा दिया था। आरोपियों ने उनसे समस्त दस्तावेज और 24 लाख रुपये लिए थे।

बाद में उन्हें नौकरी का फर्जी नियुक्ति पत्र भेजा गया था। संदेह होने पर जब उन्होंने रकम वापस मांगी तो आरोपियों ने गाली-गलौज की और धमकी देकर उन्हें अपने ऑफिस से बाहर निकाल दिया। पुलिस ने शुक्रवार को आरोपी आनंद गुप्ता को उसके बसंत विहार स्थित ऑफिस से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
