मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का नवनिर्मित जोशियाड़ा हेलीपैड पर भव्य स्वागत हुआ। राज्य सरकार द्वारा गुरूवार 7 नवंबर से देहरादून से उत्तरकाशी के लिए प्रारंभ की जा रही हेली सेवा इसी हेलीपैड से संचालित होगी।
उत्तरकाशी भ्रमण पर आए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का हेलीकॉप्टर नवनिर्मित जोशियाड़ा हेलीपैड पर उतरते ही जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट, क्षेत्रीय विधायक सुरेश चौहान सहित जनप्रतिनिधियों, अधिकारियों एवं पारंपरिक परिधानों में सुसज्जित ग्रामीण महिलाओं सहित आम नागरिकों के द्वारा पुष्प गुच्छ भेंट पुष्पगुच्छ व फूल मालाएं भेंट कर तथा पुष्पवर्षा कर भव्य स्वागत किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने आज उत्तरकाशी में आयोजित एक बैठक में देहरादून से उत्तरकाशी के लिए गुरुवार से हेली सेवा प्रारंभ किए जाने की जानकारी देते हुए जनपद वासियों को बधाई दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस हेली सेवा के प्रारंभ होने से जनपदवासियों को काफी सुविधा होगी तथा पर्यटन एवं तीर्थाटन को काफी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
