देहरादून। नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान के लिए बनाई गई सीएम हेल्पलाइन सेवा पर ही भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगे हैं।
दरअसल हरिद्वार के गुरुकुल नारशन में स्थित एक रेस्टोरेंट मैनेजर सहारनपुर निवासी मनोज ठकराल ने सीएम हेल्पलाइन नंबर-1905 पर शिकायत की थी कि उसे कई महीने का वेतन नहीं मिला है। आरोप है कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए उन्होंने सीएम हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर फोन किया।
बाद में उन्हें एक नंबर से कॉल आई। कॉल करने वाले ने उनकी समस्या के समाधान के लिए 2500 रूपए रिश्वत मांगी। रिश्वत मांगे जाने की सूचना मनोज ने पुलिस मुख्यालय को दी। पुलिस मुख्यालय के निर्देश पर एसएसपी देहरादून में एसओजी से मामले की गोपनीय जांच कराई। जांच में पता चला कि अगस्त में सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर शिकायत के बाद मनोज ठकराल से शैलेंद्र गुसांई नाम नाम के व्यक्ति ने संपर्क किया था।
उसने 2500 रूपए रिश्वत की मांग करते हुए धनराशि के ऑनलाइन भुगतान के लिए व्हाट्सएप पर क्यूआर कोड भेजा। एसओजी ने जब भेजे गए कोड से संबंधित बैंक खाते की जांच की तो वह सीएम हेल्पलाइन 1905 में तैनात आउट सोर्स कर्मचारी शुभम आनंद का निकला। एसएसपी अजय सिंह ने बताया कि शुभम और शैलेंद्र आपस में दोस्त हैं। सीएम हेल्पलाइन पर आने वाली शिकायतों की जानकारी शुभम ही शैलेंद्र को देता था।
क्योंकि शिकायत में शिकायतकर्ता का मोबाइल नंबर भी होता, है ऐसे में शैलेंद्र उन नंबर पर फोन कर शिकायतकर्ता को समाधान का झांसा देकर रिश्वत की मांग करता था। जांच के बाद दोनों के विरुद्ध राजपुर थाने में आपराधिक षड्यंत्र रचने और रिश्वतखोरी का मुकदमा दर्ज कर शुभम आनंद और उसके दोस्त शैलेंद्र गुसांई को हिरासत में ले दिया गया है। दोनों ही ऋषिकेश के रहने वाले हैं।
