निरीक्षण: समाज कल्याण विभाग के दफ्तर अचानक पहुंचे जिलाधिकारी…

 

देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल कर रहे हैं जिला समाज कल्याणअधिकारी कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण। समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा दी जा रही पेंशन ब्लॉक वार आवेदन की जानकारी ली।

समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा समस्त योजनाओं के आवेदन की जानकारी स्वीकृत पैंशन आवेदन की जानकारी ली। किसी भी योजना का आवेदन लंबित न रहे, यह सुनिश्चित कर लें। आवेदन लंबित रखने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध होगी कार्यवाही।

कोई भी आवेदन एक सप्ताह से अधिक लंबित ना रहे

समाज कल्याण कार्यालय में आने वाले लोगों से वार्ता की, उनकी समस्या सुनते हुए समाज कल्याण अधिकारी को शाम तक समस्या का निस्तारण कर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए।

पेंशन योजना के आवेदनों 15 से 18 दिन , लंबित पाए जाने पर नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए पेंशन संबंधी आवेदनों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर निस्तारण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी की पैंशन योजना के आवेदन 7 दिन से अधिक लंबित रखने पर संबंधित के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जाएगी ।
