देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देशों पर शहरी इलाकों में जलभराव की समस्या के समाधान के लिए जिला प्रशासन तत्परता से जुटा है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल के निर्देशों पर नगर निगम क्षेत्र को 12 भागों में विभाजित किया गया है।
जलभराव की निगरानी के लिए 03 क्यूआरटी (त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया टीमें) गठित है। सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट प्रत्यूष सिंह, एसडीएम हरिगिरी और एसडीएम कुमकुम जोशी को इन क्यूआरटी का नोडल बनाया गया है। सड़कों पर क्रोनिक भूस्खलन वाले क्षेत्रों की तर्ज पर जल भराव वाले क्षेत्रों में भी मैनपावर और मशीनरी तैनात की गई है। जिससे रिसपोस टाइम कम कर समस्या का त्वरित समाधान किया जा रहा है।
प्रमुख चौक, चौराहे और जंक्शन पर कारगर साबित हो रहे डी-वाटरिंग पंप
जिला प्रशासन ने प्रिंस चौक, बल्लपुर चौक, पंडितवारी, सीमाद्वार, कैंट एरिया, आईटी पार्क, सहस्रधारा रोड़, 06 नंबर पुलिया, रिस्पना, कैचमेंट, अधोईवाला, कांवली रोड़, चंद्रबनी, आईएसबीटी, बंगाली कोठी, बंजारावाला आरर्केडिया ग्रांट आदि क्षेत्रों में डी-वाटरिंग पंप स्थापित किए है। बारिश में जल भराव होने पर पानी की निकासी में हाई स्पीड डी-वाटरिंग पंप कारगर साबित हो रहे है।
प्रिंस चौक पर जलभराव होने पर क्यूआरटी ने स्मार्ट सिटी और पीआईयू के साथ मिलकर डी-वाटरिंग पंप का इस्तेमाल किया। हाई प्रेशर डी-वाटरिंग पंप से जलभराव समस्या का कुछ ही मिनटों में निस्तारण किया गया और आवागमन को सुचारू किया गया। डी-वाटरिंग पंप से जमा पानी को प्रभावी तरीके से निकासी हो पा रही है। जिससे प्रिंस चौक पर समस्या का त्वरित निस्तारण करने में मदद मिल रही है।
जलभराव क्षेत्रों में क्यूआरटी का दैनिक निरीक्षण जारी
जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर शहरी इलाकों में जलभराव की समस्या से निपटने के लिए क्यूआरटी निरंतर गश्त कर रही है। क्यूआरटी के अधिकारियों ने अतिवृष्टि के दौरान प्रिंस चौक, बल्लूपुर, रिस्पना कैचमेंट, चंद्रबनी क्षेत्र, आईएसबीटी और बंजारावाला, आरकेडिया ग्रांट क्षेत्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया गया। प्रिंस चौक में जल जमाव होने पर डीवाटरिंग पंप से पानी की त्वरित निकासी की गई।
क्यूआरटी सदस्य मुख्य नगर स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ने बताया कि अन्य क्षेत्रों में जलभराव की समस्या नही मिली और भारी बारिश के बावजूद आवागमन सुचारू है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा 07 एजेंसियों को उपलब्ध कराए गए 17-हाई स्पीड डी-वाटरिंग पंप जलभराव की समस्या से निपटने में उपयोगी साबित हो रहे है।
अतिवृष्टि के कारण पानी जमा होने पर डी-वाटरिंग पंप से कम से कम रिस्पांस टाइम में समस्या का निस्तारण होने लगा है। जिलाधिकारी ने क्यूआरटी के सभी नोडल अधिकारियों को मानसून अवधि के दौरान टीम के साथ अलर्ट रहने और जल निकासी में व्यवधान और चोकिंग पाए जाने पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने को कहा है।
