घरेलू गैस के व्यावसायिक दुरुपयोग को रोकने के लिए पूर्ति विभाग द्वारा जनपद में लगातार छापेमारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में आज उत्तरकाशी से धरासू बैंड के मध्य पड़ने वाले सभी होटल ढाबों और रेस्टोरेंट की चेकिंग की गई।
जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि इसके लिए श्री राजेश चंद्र जगुड़ी क्षेत्रीय खाद्य अधिकारी एवं श्री विजेंद्रनाथ क्षेत्रीय खाद्य अधिकारी के नेतृत्व में दो टीमों का गठन किया गया। निरीक्षण टीम में सुश्री सुरक्षा शाह पूर्ति निरीक्षक, सुशील राणा, सुदीप, महेश, दिव्यांशु, पीयूष, कपिल, प्रदीप शिवराज आदि शामिल थे। अभियान में राजस्व विभाग द्वारा भी सहयोग किया गया।
दोनों टीमों द्वारा डूंडा, धरासु, मातली, देवीधार क्षेत्रों में होटल ढाबों और रेस्टोरेंट की जांच की गई। निरीक्षण टीम द्वारा ताबड़तोड़ छापेमारी करके 14 दुकानों का चालान किया गया तथा रुपये 29,250 प्रशमन राशि वसूल की गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान बाजार में अपरा-धपरी का माहौल रहा। होटल रेस्टोरेंट स्वामी अपने सिलेंडरों को इधर-उधर की दुकानों में छुपाने की कोशिश करते दिखाई दिए कई होटल स्वामियों द्वारा अपने निकट संबंधी होटल स्वामियों को दूरभाष पर छापे की जानकारी पहले ही दे दी गई जिससे उनके द्वारा अपने सिलेंडर को छुपा दिया गया।
कुछ होटल स्वामी टीम के सामने ही सिलेंडर को छुपाने का असफल प्रयास करते हुए दिखाई दिए उनके सिलेंडर को सीज कर चालान कर दिया गया। इस अभियान के दौरान जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी स्वयं भी अपनी टीम का उत्साह वर्धन करने के लिए उनके साथ फील्ड में हौंसला अफजाई करते दिखाई दिए। जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि अभियान के दौरान मै रेणुका फिलिंग स्टेशन ढूंढा एवं ऋृंगेश्वर गैस सर्विस धनारी के एक डिलीवरी वैन का भी निरीक्षण किया गया मै रेणुका फिलिंग स्टेशन में सभी व्यवस्थाएं संतोषजनक पाई गई श्रृंगेश्वर गैस एजेंसी के डिलीवरी वैन में कई अनिवार्यताएं पाई गई जिसमें डिलीवरी मैन सुनील कुमार वर्दी में नहीं था ना ही उसके पास प्रमाणिक तौल काटा था डिलीवरी मैन बिना तौल किए ही सिलेंडरों की बिक्री करता हुआ पाया गया।
निरीक्षण के समय तक डिलीवरी मैन 8 सिलेंडरों की डिलीवरी कर चुका था किंतु किसी भी उपभोक्ता को उसके द्वारा कैश मेमो जारी नहीं किया गया था। इस प्रकार की अन्य कमियां भी पाई गई। जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी द्वारा बताया गया कि इसके लिए गैस एजेंसि के विरुद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की संस्तुति संबंधी तेल कंपनी को की जाएगी और नियमित रूप से श्रृंगेश्वर गैस एजेंसी के साथ ही अन्य गैस एजेंसी के डिलीवरी वाहनों की चेकिंग के लिए भी सभी पूर्ति निरीक्षकों को निर्देशित किया जा रहा है।
जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी संतोष कुमार भट्ट द्वारा बताया गया कि इस संबंध में संपूर्ण जनपद में अभियान चलाए जाने के लिए जिलाधिकारी महोदय द्वारा निर्देशित किया गया है जिसके क्रम में अन्य विभागों के साथ भी समन्वय स्थापित कर संयुक्त टीम में गठित कर जांच अभियान लगातार चलाए जाएंगे। साथ ही सभी होटल ढाबे व्यवसायियों से अपील की जा रही है कि सभी सिर्फ वैधानिक रूप से गैस एजेंसियों द्वारा आपूर्ति किए जा रहे व्यावसायिक सिलेंडर ही अपने प्रतिष्ठानों में उपयोग करें।
