यूपीसीएल के ऊर्जा भवन में निदेशक मंडल की 124वीं बैठक आयोजित की गई

मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन की अध्यक्षता में देहरादून स्थित यूपीसीएल के ऊर्जा भवन में निदेशक मंडल की 124वीं बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में विद्युत उत्पादन, पारेषण और वितरण से संबंधित प्रोजेक्ट के विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई तथा ऊर्जा विभाग की उपलब्धियों और समस्याओं के समाधान पर भी मंथन किया गया।

मुख्य सचिव ने ऊर्जा विभाग को निर्देशित किया कि विद्युत उत्पादन, पारेषण और वितरण से संबंधित जितनी भी परियोजनाएं गतिमान हैं उनको समय से पूरा करें और उपभोक्ताओं को विश्वसनीय और किफायती बिजली उपलब्ध कराने के लिए सभी कार्यों का बेहतर तरीके से इंप्लीमेंट करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित तकनीकी बिंदुओं के बेहतर क्लेरिफिकेशन और स्टडी के लिए निदेशक मंडल में एक तकनीकी मेंबर की नियुक्ति की जाए। उन्होंने निदेशक मंडल की बैठक में UERC (उत्तराखंड विद्युत नियामक आयोग) द्वारा पारित टैरिफ ऑर्डर को भी प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। कंपनियों के बढ़े हुए ऑथराइजेशन कैपिटल की सूचना सरकार से भी साझा करने को कहा। साथ ही सितंबर 2025 तक ERP (enterprise resource plan, उद्यम संसाधन योजना) को पूरी तरीके से स्थिर करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि सीमांत जनपदों के ऐसे सीमांत गांव जो अभी तक सोलर विद्युत से आच्छादित हैं उनको ग्रिड आधारित विद्युत आपूर्ति से भी आच्छादित करें।

ट्रांसफार्मर में कैपेसिटर बैंक लगाने का निदेशक मंडल द्वारा अनुमोदन

वोल्टेज की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के लिए पूरे प्रदेश में ट्रांसफार्मर में 76 हजार से अधिक कैपेसिटर बैंक लगाए जाने हैं जिसका निदेशक मंडल द्वारा अनुमोदन किया गया।

BESS (बैटरी एनर्जी स्टोरेज सिस्टम) लगाने की सहमति

उत्तराखंड पावर कॉरपोरेशन 100 मेगावाट की बैटरी एनर्जी स्टोरेज सिस्टम स्थापित करने जा रहा है जिसका निदेशक मंडल द्वारा अनुमोदन किया गया। यह परियोजना उत्तराखंड के नवीनीकरण ऊर्जा के एकीकरण को बढ़ावा देने में मदद करेगी।

मुख्य सचिव ने निर्देश दिए कि प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित धनराशि सस्ती ब्याज दरों पर उपलब्ध हो सके इसके लिए विभिन्न वित्तीय संस्थानों से प्रतिस्पर्धी ब्याज दरों का आकलन करने के पश्चात ही निर्णय लिया जाए।

उत्तराखंड पावर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड ने अपनी उपलब्धियां को साझा करते हुए कहा कि विगत 3 वर्षों से निगम के राजस्व संग्रह में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है। विद्युत उपभोक्ता रैंकिंग में सुधार हुआ है तथा AT & C (एग्रीगेट टेक्निकल एंड कमर्शियल लॉसेज) में विगत 3 वर्षों में कमी आई है।

इस दौरान बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव वित्त दिलीप जावलकर, स्वतंत्र निदेशक मंडल से श्री बीपी पांडेय व श्री पराग गुप्ता, प्रबंध निदेशक यूपीसीएल अनिल कुमार, पिटकुल पीसी ध्यानी व यूजेवीएनएल संदीप सिंहल उपस्थित थे।
