देहरादून/ऋषिकेश। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के कार्यकाल के पांच वर्ष पूरे होने पर शनिवार को ऋषिकेश के आईडीपीएल ग्राउंड में ‘सेवा, सुशासन एवं समर्पण: जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार’ सेवा पखवाड़े का शुभारंभ किया गया। कार्यक्रम में राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि.) और मुख्यमंत्री ने देहरादून जनपद की 219 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक लागत की 51 विकास परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया।
राज्यपाल ने मुख्यमंत्री धामी को पांच वर्ष से अधिक समय तक मुख्यमंत्री पद पर रहने की उपलब्धि पर बधाई देते हुए कहा कि यह जनता के विश्वास, लोकतांत्रिक स्थिरता और विकास की निरंतरता का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड ने समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी), सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून, धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून और प्रभावी भू-कानून जैसे कई ऐतिहासिक फैसले लेकर सुशासन की नई मिसाल पेश की है।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि केदारनाथ-बदरीनाथ पुनर्विकास, ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट, जी-20 बैठकों, राष्ट्रीय खेलों और आधारभूत ढांचा परियोजनाओं ने उत्तराखंड को विकास और निवेश का नया केंद्र बनाया है। उन्होंने युवाओं से स्टार्टअप और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (एआई) जैसे क्षेत्रों में आगे बढ़ने का आह्वान किया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार के लिए पांच वर्ष पूरे होना उत्सव नहीं, बल्कि आत्ममंथन और जनसेवा के संकल्प को और मजबूत करने का अवसर है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्ष 2035 तक उत्तराखंड को विकसित और श्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाना सरकार का लक्ष्य है। इसके लिए आधारभूत संरचना, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, कृषि, पर्यटन, उद्योग, निवेश और सीमांत क्षेत्रों के विकास पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि नई स्टार्टअप नीति, एक जनपद-दो उत्पाद, होमस्टे और सौर स्वरोजगार जैसी योजनाओं से युवाओं को रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के अवसर मिल रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि लखपति दीदी योजना के तहत 2.65 लाख से अधिक महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भर बन चुकी हैं, जबकि पिछले पांच वर्षों में 34 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया से सरकारी नौकरियां दी गई हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का उद्देश्य केवल योजनाएं बनाना नहीं, बल्कि उनका लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना है। इसी उद्देश्य से सेवा पखवाड़ा आयोजित किया जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि वे जनता के बीच जाकर उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करें और प्रत्येक पात्र व्यक्ति तक सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सुनिश्चित करें।
